Untrustworthy and terrible customer service Two major issues: 1. I ordered a suit that was for my wedding several months in advance. They told me it would be ready in time and then a week before I was told it was delayed two weeks. Really poor service. 2. The second issue is a big one. I went to return my items and they said an item was missing which was worth £150. It was 100% not missing and they took several weeks to 'investigate' just to say they were not refunding me. They are very untrustworthy and I would stay away from this brand. Pity because their suits look nice but it is too risky to deal with them.
